Shabat started for me at about 11.15, right in time for Mussaf ;-)
After lunch, it was time for my menucha, however, a lot of poeple decided rather to play cards, backgammon or just chill out in the hotel-lobby. A feeling of goodbye allready lies in the air, and I’m starting to feel sad...
After havdalah, the closing ceremony started, which started with this years Summer-U movie (Check for it on Youtube!)
Then, it was finally time to say goodbye to Olga and the EUJS board of 2006-2008 and to welcome Jonas and his new board. The ceremony was very moving, and if you looked close enough, you could allready discover a tear flowing here and there....
The people stayed away all night today to say goodbye to each other, and the fist busses left at about 1:30am.
I’m saying goodbye and goodnight one last time from Rome.
